Design and Build

This project saw us support the client with mainly on site consultancy design knowledge support and a certain amount of product supply and procurement on the more finishing products such as bathrooms, wallpapers, fabrics, lights etc. As the client chose to do his own project management on this extension and return to a detached  estate house that took it from that to a large much more considered detached property.

The project was done over two phases where the back was extended with most of the internal configuration done on phase 1.

Then Phase 2 was a front extension over the garage to gain a new grand master bedroom with en-suite which required a certain amount of re-configuration upstairs to make it make sense. Leaving it eventually as a luxury 4 bed large, detached house from something slightly more modest and mid-range. Indeed, for us this was a great unlocking of a property that moved it up the ladder quite considerably. As the property had a lot of hidden un-lockable potential that was when we arrived run down and massively underperforming. These projects always feel great for us as well as the client when they unlock.

Wilmslow Lighting Design

Here we are on an ongoing project of internal and external lighting design and are presently working on the new master bedroom extension over the garage.
