Design and Build

This was a 6-month project we took on in the heart of Mayfair in one of the more prestigious duplex 2 bed apartments that use to be the former residence of former PM Benjamin Disraeli.

Here we designed a sympathetic contemporary feel to this period property. It was fully stripped back and all areas of the 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen/dinner and entrance hallway were re-fit and re-designed.

Smart Home Design

Here we designed and installed a multi-room audio system, an intelligent lighting system and an av distribution system to all the relevant points in this duplex two bedroom apartment in the heart of Mayfair.
The audio system saw 6 separate zones for audio distribution nearly exclusively delivered through pairs of in ceiling stereo speakers, that could work independently or be brought together for party modes.
The lighting system had over 70 zones of individual lighting with on average 5 zones of lighting per room. The majority of lighting was from recessed down lights with the scattering of pendant and lamp lights where required.
We also installed a TV distribution system to accommodate every available point in the house taking it’s source from the central hub with some localised equipment also present in a few key areas.
